Your item(s) will be shipped within two business days once payment has cleared. Free domestic shipping within the continental United States for all orders over $300 before tax via United States Postal Service. Orders under $300 before tax will be shipped for a flat rate fee of $15. All international shipments will incur a flat fee of $70 and ship via United States Postal Service. All orders will be inspected and packed carefully before heading out our door. Shipments will be insured and require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be issued when you receive a shipment notification email from us. If you need expedited shipping, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery if you are interested in returning your item. All returns must be approved by Vela NYC. Once initiated, an item eligible for a return must be shipped to us using an insured and tracking method within 14 days of receiving your item in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was sent. When your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to the original method of payment. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of the item being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit and are unable to honor any returns after the 14-day period. At this time, items shipped internationally are not eligible for returns.
