Georgian 'Queen Anne' Aqua Paste Earrings

A rare pair of beautifully preserved Georgian 'Queen Anne' aqua paste earrings circa 1760. Paste stones are foil-backed and set in gilt metal. The vibrant appearance of these earrings is stunning. Found with their original ear fittings replaced with 9k gold ear wires.

Size: 23 x 40 mm (including front + top portion of ear wire)

Condition: Very good, light wear commensurate with age. Ear wires are later replacements.
